No Refund Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our service ("Personalissimo"), we do not offer refunds. Each sketch and reading is custom-created specifically for you, based on your unique energy signature and personal details. Once the work has begun or has been delivered, it cannot be returned or resold to another client.

All sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a custom, personalized service that is non-refundable.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same order.
• If we are unable to deliver your order within the specified timeframe due to technical issues on our end.
